Filter tank for oil decolor

The filter tank for oil decolor usage when decolor the oil:

Usage：

1.Install the air pressure valve and pressure gauge to the corresponding position well

2.Find a professional electrician to connect the power and ground

3.Tie the cloth mat to the bottom of the tank tightly, put the sand into the tank.

  PS: 1) For DS100, we suggest the height of the silica gel in tank ≧70cm, the best we suggest 120cm.

       2) For DS200, we suggest the height of the silica gel in tank ≧ 120cm, the best we suggest 180cm.

3) Here we suggest put one piece of cloth above the sand, in case the sand was washed away when pour the oil.

4) There should be no gap between the sand and the tank, otherwise the oil will flow down the wall.

4.Turn on the air relief valve first, then put the oil into the tank, then turn off the valve when

oil out from the valve, this step to make sure the oil would not return during filtering. The pressure cannot pass 0.4Mpa, 0.2Mpa is the best work status

5.Use the pipe transfer the clear oil to the oil stock tank.

All the procession is very easy to decolor the oil.
