Double tank for fuel oil color bleaching usage

Ⅰ:Product Function:

II: Tank Parts instruction:

1: The cloth mat, it mainly used to absorb the residue which the silica gel cannot.

put the pat at the bottom of the tank before the silica gel in
It is recycled after washing clear, but make sure it is dry 100% before used again
Make sure fasten at the bottom of the tank

2: Pressure Gage: To check all procession works well

1)The pressure cannot pass 0.4Mpa, 0.2Mpa is the best work status

2)If the pressure too high, need to think about changing the new silica gel

3: Air valve

Used to exhaust pressure out, make sure the oil would not return during the working

The filter tank can improve the bleaching speed. Works together with silica gel to bleach the dark diesel oil.

Tank size can made based on customer daily oil quantity.

Usage：

1.Install the air pressure valve and pressure gauge to the corresponding position well

2.Find a professional electrician to connect the power and ground

3.Tie the cloth mat to the bottom of the tank tightly, put the sand into the tank.

PS: 1) For KS100, we suggest the height of the silica gel in tank ≧70cm, the best is 2/3 of the tank height.

2) For KS200, we suggest the height of the silica gel in tank ≧ 120cm, the best is 2/3 of the tank height.

3) Here we suggest put one piece of cloth above the sand, in case the sand was washed away when pour the oil.

4) There should be no gap between the sand and the tank, otherwise the oil will flow down the wall.

4.Turn on the air relief valve first, then put the oil into the tank, then turn off the valve when

oil out from the valve, this step to make sure the oil would not return during filtering. The pressure cannot over 0.4Mpa.

5.Use the pipe transfer the clear oil to the oil stock tank.

All the procession is very easy to decolor the oil.
