Air (Vapor) Filters machine for air purification and sterilization 

The filter element is made of hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or polypropylene (pp) folded microporous membrane.

The filter is made of high-quality imported stainless steel (304/316L), designed and manufactured according to GMP standards, with high efficiency, energy saving, safety and reliability.

Widely used in the purification of the fermentation air, injection air, inert gas (can be used as air sterilizer, sub-filter), “breather” of distilled water tank.

The sterilization gas filter is specially designed and manufactured for the purpose of sterilization during the gas exchange of storage tanks in the pharmaceutical industry and food industry.

The gas filtration accuracy is 0.02um particles, and the efficiency reaches 99.99%. Filtration capacity can be selected within the range of 0.1-100m3/min.

The thickness of the medium is only 0.8mm, the pore size is uniform and stable, the gas resistance is small, and the regeneration is convenient.

The filter element can be used for two to three years under normal circumstances, and can be extended for four to six years after regeneration.

It can also be used for the filtration of sterilizing steam.

This filter can completely solve the problem of bacterial contamination in the air, and can improve the quality of disinfection and sterilization,

so as to meet the requirements of GMP and aseptic hygiene.
