1.The oil contained in the used silica gel can be basically completely extracted. Used silica gel can also be recycled at least twice. Therefore, it is recommended that the use silica gel that have been replaced should be kept in a centralized and safe manner, and the spilled oil should be collected effectively.
2. Conditional users can use high-speed centrifugal pumps (industrial dryers) for initial treatment of residual oil. Generally, a centrifugal pump with a speed of 1800 rpm or more should be selected, and a 300-mesh steel filter screen should be used as a lining on the wall of the drying barrel.
3. For qualified customers, the used silica gel can be desorbed by steam, and reused after drying. If there is no condition, it can be used as boiler fuel.
4. Sell to the factory who is specialized in treating it as hazardous
waste.
