Filter tank design update

No big difference change, one of the change is to make the oil input hole of tanks with directly lines.
The second of change is add new operation plate with ladder. This can help workers more convenient when they need to work around the filter tank.
The filter tank is used to decolor black fuel oil, but it needs to work with silica gel together.
