Pickling Technology in Decolorization of Diesel Oil

Pickling is to remove oxides, acidic substances in waste oil, asphaltene, colloid, etc. produced during use. Sulfuric acid reacts strongly to certain components in the oil, and under certain conditions, it can affect almost all components in the oil, so the pickling effect is good.

1. It dissolves the asphalt and cement in the oil, and produces chemical reactions such as oxidation and vulcanization, and releases sulfur dioxide.
2. Sulfonate aromatic hydrocarbons in oil to generate sulfuric acid. The degree of sulfonation increases with the increase of sulfuric acid concentration and increases with the increase of temperature. The oil-soluble sulfonic acid obtained after sulfonation remains in the oil, and the water-soluble sulfonic acid enters the acid layer.
3. It can esterify, oxidize, sulfonate and dissolve nitrogen compounds, oxides and sulfides in oil, and remove these compounds from oil.
