The thermal decomposition of plastics is divided into three categories: haplotype decomposition, random decomposition and intermediate decomposition. The thermal decomposition of polyolefin plastics is a typical random decomposition. After decomposition, it produces low-molecular compounds with long chain length and irregular structure; under the appropriate temperature, pressure and catalyst conditions, the chain length and structural hydrocarbons of low-molecular compounds are limited to a certain range, and this property is utilized. Can produce gasoline and diesel.
Our waste plastic oil catalyst can significantly improve the quality of the oil. Moreover, the selectivity to diesel is high. After distillation, the diesel is light yellow, the density can reach 0.79-0.82, and the odor is basically eliminated (because it also cracks the additives in the plastic). Cetane number, high octane number, C2 dry gas in cracking gas is very small, liquid yield is above 90%; also has pour point depressing effect (the freezing point can be controlled at 0–20 °C).
1 ton of catalyst can process about 800-1,000 tons of waste plastic oil, also the catalyst can be regenerated 2-3 times, the cost increase is about ¥50 /ton -¥90/ton, no need acid-base washing process.
