OSAEI series electric actuators are used to control valves with a rotation of 0° to 270° and other similar products, such as butterfly valves, ball valves, dampers, flapper valves, plug valves, shutter valves, etc., and can be widely used in various industries such as petroleum, chemical industry, water treatment, shipbuilding, papermaking, power stations, heating, light industry, etc. It uses 380V/220V/110V AC power supply or 24V/110V DC power supply as the driving power supply, and 4-20mA current signal or 0-10VDC voltage signal as the control signal, which can move the valve to the desired position and realize its automatic control, with a maximum output torque of 4000N·M.

Performance characteristics:
1. Shell – The shell is made of hard aluminum alloy, anodized and polyester powder coated. With strong corrosion resistance, protection level of IP67, NEMA4 and 6, and IP68 type is available.
2. Motor – Fully enclosed squirrel cage motor, small size, large torque, small inertia force, insulation level of F class, built-in overheat protection switch to prevent damage to the motor.
3. Manual structure – the handle design ensures safety, reliability, labor saving and small size. When there is no power, the handle can be manually operated. When not in use, place the wrench in the wrench clamp for easy use.
4. Indicator – the indicator is installed on the central axis, and the valve position can be observed. The mirror adopts a convex lens design, which does not accumulate water and is more convenient to observe.
5. Dryer – used to control the temperature, prevent the condensation of water inside the actuator due to temperature and weather changes. And keep the internal electrical components dry.
6. Sealing – good sealing, the standard product protection level is IP67, and IP68 protection level is optional.
7. Limit switch – mechanical, electronic dual limit. The mechanical limit screw is adjustable, safe and reliable. The electronic limit switch is controlled by a cam mechanism. And the simple adjustment mechanism can accurately and conveniently set the position, and is not affected by excessive handwheel.
8. Self-locking – the precise worm gear mechanism can efficiently transmit large torque, high efficiency, low noise (maximum 50 decibels), long life, self-locking function, prevent reversal, and the transmission part is stable and reliable, without refueling.
9. Anti-drop bolts – When removing the shell, the bolts are attached to the shell and will not fall off.
10. Installation – The bottom installation dimensions conform to the ISO5211/DIN3337 international standards. And the holes connected to the valve stem are double square, which is convenient for linear or 45° angle installation of valves with square stems, and has strong adaptability. It can be installed vertically or horizontally.
11. Line – The control line conforms to the single-phase or three-phase power supply standard, the line layout is compact and reasonable, and the terminal can effectively meet the requirements of various additional functions.
